We wrap up our show of Food and Fury with a special Dessert, Dole Whip. This recipe doesn’t require a flight to Orlando. We do our show and take some time to reminisce. Look forward to our upcoming podcast announcement in the Fall.

20 oz can of Pineapple Pieces (drained)
8 oz container of Cool Whip
2 TBSP Sugar
1 Cup Pineapple Juice
How to make:
Combine all ingredients in the blender.
Blend until smooth.
Transfer mixture to freezer safe container.
Freeze for several hours (or until firm).
Serve chilled with pineapple juice. (We put our frozen mixture in this Black & Decker Arctic Twister Ice Cream Mixer to give ours a soft server texture!)
